DEFINITIONS

Regulations – these regulations together with annexes, specifying the rules for concluding distance sales contracts via the Online Store, the rules for the execution of these contracts, the rights and obligations of the parties to the distance sales contract and the rules for the complaint procedure. In the scope of services provided electronically, the Regulations and their annexes are the regulations referred to in Art. 8 of the Act on the provision of electronic services. All annexes constitute an integral part of the Regulations, unless expressly indicated otherwise.

Customer – a natural person with full legal capacity who concludes a distance contract with the Seller.

Online store – an online service run by the Seller, available at the electronic address: www.plug.org.pl/sklep, through which the Customer can obtain information about the Product and its availability and purchase it.

Distance sales agreement – an agreement for the sale of services/delivery of digital content (if applicable) concluded via the Online Store.

Product – a membership fee, the payment of which is necessary to obtain or maintain membership in the Polish Leather Uniform Group Association (in accordance with the Association’s Regulations) or a fee covering the costs of participation in an event organized or co-organized by the Polish Leather Uniform Group Association.

Prices – all prices given on the Seller’s website are given in Polish zlotys (PLN), are gross prices (i.e. they include all components such as customs duties and taxes, including VAT). The price binding for the parties is the price at which the Customer ordered the Product in the order. The prices given do not include the cost of physical delivery (e.g. tickets), which depends on the method of delivery.

Privacy and cookies policy of the online store – a document specifying detailed rules for the processing of personal data and the use of cookies. The privacy and cookies policy is an annex to the Regulations.

Shopping without registration – a service created by the Seller for the Customer enabling the purchase of products from the Seller’s assortment without the need to register in the Seller’s online store.

Personal data – personal data within the meaning of Art. 4 point 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on data protection) (OJ EU L 119 of 04/05/2016, p. 1, as amended.

PURCHASE DOCUMENTATION

Product sales transactions are documented with e-mail confirmations sent to the Customer’s e-mail address. The seller, Polish Leather Uniform Group, does not run a business. The paid membership fees are used to cover the statutory activities of the Association. Fees paid for participation in events organized or co-organized by the Association are intended solely to cover organizational costs.

ORDERS

The customer places an order via an interactive form available on one of the pages of the Online Store. The order specifies, among others: what Products, at what price and in what quantities the Customer wants to order.

After the Customer has successfully placed the order, the Customer selects the preferred payment method. Payment in the online store can be made in one of the following ways:
– online – by payment card
– online – in the Blik system
– bank transfer by the Customer (only membership fees)

Online payments are handled by PayTel / SIBS.

After the payment is recorded, the Product is sent to the Customer in an electronic version (confirmation of payment of the membership fee or confirmation of purchase). For some Products, only personal collection is available at the point indicated by the Online Store – such information is included in the Product description.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

In the case of purchasing the “Membership fee” Product, the Customer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract and obtain a refund of the amount paid, except for a situation in which the “Declaration of joining the Association” sent by the Customer would be rejected. If the membership application is rejected by the Association’s Management Board, the amount paid will be automatically refunded within 14 days from the date of rejection of the application.

In the case of purchasing “Participation in an event/event” Products, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and obtain a refund of the amount paid only if the cancellation of the purchase takes place before closing the list of participants (end of sale). After the sale is completed, due to the Seller’s need to incur organizational costs and pay fees to third parties, withdrawal from the contract and refund of the paid amount will not be possible.

PERSONAL DATA

The administrator of the data provided by the Customer when registering or placing an Order is the Seller.

The data will be processed for the purpose of implementing the contract for the provision of Seller’s services and distance sales contracts, fulfilling other legally justified purposes of administrators or data recipients and purposes to which the Customer consents (including marketing purposes).

The customer has the right to access the data and correct it. Providing data is voluntary.

The law applicable to resolving any disputes related to the Regulations is Polish law. These disputes will be resolved by the locally competent court. A Customer who is a Consumer may also use out-of-court methods of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims.

The Online Store sends the buyer e-mails confirming the receipt of the order, possible receipt of payment, acceptance of the order for processing and the course of order processing.
